Update: I found a video on youtube and followed it. The problem was simple enough to fix, with locating the easy anti cheat batch file in the game folder to install it.
I have fix it by my own. For anyone to need help with this, i use NORTON as Antivirus. You have to go on Antivirius in NORTON and go to Exclusions and pick the Lords of the Fallen Folder in Steam and give him all rights. This fixed for me the game

No other game that I play that has the anti-cheat does this and I don't want to disable it because I want to earn achievements and play online.
