Easy Anti-Cheat sees this and thinks it's changing files for some reason. So going to your Anti-Virus program and going to your Anti-Virus section and adding the "Lords of the Fallen" file from your steam directory to the "Exclusions" list this should solve the problem.

The problem was simple enough to fix, with locating the easy anti cheat batch file in the game folder to install it. Fixed the error after I double clicked the batch installer file.
